No warehouse visits and no platform registration. The whole process from enquiry to delivery runs online: you receive the catalogue and price list by e-mail, place the order in a file or a reply, and the goods leave our warehouse in Poland by courier.
Enquiry
Send the form with your company name, VAT number and business type. Within one business day we reply with a PDF catalogue, an Excel wholesale price list and a proposal of 5–10 items matched to your store.
Order
Mark quantities in the Excel price list or list the items in an e-mail. We confirm availability, net value and dispatch date. First order from €100 net on prepayment, no minimum quantity per model.
Payment and invoice
VAT invoice or intra-community invoice for EU companies. Prepayment for the first order; regular partners get 14–30 day payment terms after verification.
Shipping
Parcels are dispatched by courier within 1–2 business days from Poland. A packing list with EAN codes goes in the carton; photos and descriptions are sent separately for your online store.
